Brandon Carter, aged 25, was tragically killed in a homicide on June 12, 2013, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident took place during a violent confrontation in which multiple gunshots were fired. Brandon was struck by these shots, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
