In the early morning hours of July 18, 2016, the life of 22-year-old Mikhal Dalove Bailey, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Little Rock, Arkansas. Police responded to a call shortly after midnight about a motorcycle left in the middle of the 2400 block of Elm Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene: Bailey was found lying in a nearby ditch, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
