On a Sunday evening in Little Rock, Arkansas, a young man's life was cut short by violence. Twenty-one-year-old Charles Levingston, a male resident of the city, was fatally shot on March 26, 2017. The incident that led to his death reportedly took place at the intersection of 19th and MLK streets.
