On a Wednesday in October of 2016, the life of 29-year-old Kevin Williams, a male, was tragically cut short. On the 5300 block of Lynch Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas, police discovered a grim scene. Williams was found with at least one gunshot wound, and standing over him was 38-year-old Tetus Jenkins.
