On October 13, 2016, 29-year-old Kevin Williams was fatally shot in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred in the 5300 block of Lynch Drive around 3:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Williams lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Tetus "T.J."
