Victoria 'Tori' Manisco, a 26-year-old Asian woman, was a talented actress with a passion for theater, living in the Carondelet neighborhood of South Saint Louis, Missouri. On the evening of August 10, 2021, after leaving a rehearsal that had filled her with joy, she began her journey home. Little did she know, she was being followed.
