Gail Keys, a 63-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on July 4, 2021. The incident occurred late at night when St. Louis police officers responded to a domestic disturbance call at the 5400 block of Ruskin Avenue. Upon arrival, officers met Gail Keys on the front porch of her home.
