Zion Israel, a 2-year-old girl from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically died on November 20, 2019. The incident occurred in Glasgow Village, a neighborhood in north St. Louis County. According to reports, Zion was shot in the head after accessing a loaded gun that had been left in the top drawer of a dresser by her father, Uziel Israel. Initially, police responded to the home for a reported electrocution, but upon arrival, they discovered that Zion had been shot.
