Zion Israel was a two-year-old female toddler living in St. Louis County, Missouri, whose life was cut short on November 20, 2019. Residing with her family in the 200 block of Tay Road in the Glasgow Village neighborhood, Zion was the subject of a frantic emergency call that afternoon. Authorities were initially summoned to the home around 3:35 p.m. under the report of an electrocution, a distressing scenario that prompted an immediate response from first responders and law enforcement.
