On the evening of September 2, 2024, a tragic shooting incident claimed the life of four-year-old Harley Dion Hosein in the Baden neighborhood of Saint Louis, Missouri. Police officers responded to a distress call shortly before midnight at a residence in the 700 block of Thrush Avenue.
