Kacie Skye Stith, a 23-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically passed away on November 25, 2022. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute at an apartment complex located in the 5300 block of Gladstone Place. According to reports, Kacie was found with a gunshot wound to her forehead and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
