On October 23, 2021, Kemeon Williams, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death in East St. Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred inside a car along N. 45th Street, where Kemeon Williams and 21-year-old Ahleisha Gage, an African American female, were both discovered deceased.
