Keisha E. Lloyd Tolson, a 29-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on August 11, 2019, in East St. Louis, Illinois. Keisha was found dead inside a car that had crashed into a stop sign at the intersection of 15th and Ohio. The Illinois State Police were called to assist the East St. Louis police at around 11 a.m. on that fateful Sunday. Upon arrival, officers discovered Keisha's lifeless body inside the vehicle.
