Amanda Legare, a 38-year-old woman from East St. Louis, Illinois, was tragically murdered on July 21, 2019. Her body was discovered at approximately 4:48 a.m. in an area of overgrown vegetation near the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Bellevue Street in East St. Louis.
