On 6/17/2020 at 0859 hours, the ferryboat captain was driving the ferry when at approximately at 100 yards from Pier 1 Gate E, he noticed the subject floating face down in the water. On 6/17/2020 at 0901 hours, the ferryboat captain called 9-1-1. The Coast Guard and SFFD Fire Boat 3 were dispatched. On 6/17/2020 at 0904 hours, the Coast Guard and Fire Boat 3 had visual of the subject floating in the water.
