A crew from the Coast Guard Station Ft. Point was in the process of towing a disabled boat when they were signaled by pedestrian on the shoreline to alert them of the subject floating in the waters of the San Francisco bay just off of Lime Point, beneath the north point of the Golden Gate Bridge.
