David Christopher Kempker, a 27-year-old man from Concord, California, went missing on March 12, 2018, under mysterious circumstances. Kempker was reportedly on a fishing trip in the Sherman Island area of Sacramento County with a friend when they became separated. However, his family doubts the fishing story, as Kempker did not have a fishing license or any equipment with him.
