Jason Gerard Young, 21, went missing on January 26, 1999, in Concord, California. A U.S. Navy sailor at the time, Jason was last seen returning to the Concord Naval Weapons Station by taxi in the early morning hours. He was stationed aboard the USNS *Flint* at Pier 4. Shortly after, his jacket, containing his cellphone and pocket watch, was found entangled on a pylon of the pier. Despite these clues, there has been no further trace of him, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
