Jason Gerard Young, 21, went missing on January 26, 1999, in Concord, California. A U.S. Navy sailor at the time, Jason was last seen returning to the Concord Naval Weapons Station by taxi in the early morning hours. He was stationed aboard the USNS *Flint* at Pier 4. Shortly after, his jacket, containing his cellphone and pocket watch, was found entangled on a pylon of the pier. Despite these clues, there has been no further trace of him, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
Authorities, including the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), continue to investigate his disappearance, but the case remains unsolved. Jason had brown hair, hazel eyes, and distinctive marks, including a tiger's head tattoo on his right forearm and a large mole on his arm. Anyone with information is urged to contact law enforcement.
