Gerald Raymond Rhine, a 41-year-old man, was last seen at his home in Concord, California, on January 15, 1997. He has not been heard from since, and his case remains unsolved. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as 6 feet tall, weighing about 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
