Moderately decomposed male found on land on the hillside above Kirby Cove. The subject was clad in a full body surfing suit, black gloves, and black neoprene booties underneath his clothes. The subject could not be visually identified due to moderate decomposition. Estimated time of death about 2-6 weeks.
