Ruben Martinez Missing Person Case

Ruben Martinez, a 30-year-old man from Concord, California, was last seen on the night of February 13, 2000. His wife reported that he had been asleep when she left for the store, but upon returning two hours later, Martinez had left their home. He was driving a red 1992 Toyota truck.
