Joseph Weber IV, a 28-year-old Army veteran, went missing on November 24, 2014, from San Francisco, California. A native of Sunnyvale, Weber had served two tours in Iraq and was coping with both Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) from his time in service. His family reported him missing after he left his home in Sunnyvale and his car was later found in the employee parking lot of the Golden Gate Bridge on November 27.
