Richard William Moss, 22, was last seen by his mother on May 25, 2017, at their home in Montara, California. That morning, Moss drove to work along California Highway 1, near a treacherous area known as Devil's Slide. Investigators later discovered that his vehicle had gone off the road, plummeting more than 100 feet into the ocean near Montara State Beach.
