The subject was observed by a citizen to be standing near the railing on the Golden Gate Bridge in the vicinity of the South Tower. The subject climbed on to the railing and jumped into the water below. The Coast Guard and the Highway Patrol were notified and recovered the subject floating in the waters of the San Francisco Bay.
