Randy David McBee, aged 23, was last seen on November 1, 1971, in Oakland, California. At the time of his disappearance, Randy was 6'0" tall, weighed around 150 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. He also had several tattoos, including a panther and flags on his right arm, and a cross, mummy, and scorpion on his left arm. Notably, Randy was missing two lower front teeth.
