Michael Lynn Anderson, 55, was last seen on August 10, 2012, in Big Bear City, California. On that day, Anderson and two friends traveled to Holcomb Valley near Big Bear. The group had been drinking, and at some point, Anderson stayed behind in the vehicle while the others went hiking. When his friends returned about 25 minutes later, both Anderson and some alcohol were missing from the car. Anderson, described as 5'8" and 140 pounds, with grey hair and hazel eyes, has tattoos, including "Rosie" on his left arm, "Motorcyclist" on his forearm, and a Grim Reaper on his back.
Despite searches and efforts by local authorities, Anderson has not been located, and the circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Big Bear Sheriff's Station to aid in the ongoing investigation.
