On December 25, 2024, at approximately 11:11 a.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 4400 block of North Kitley Avenue, located near the intersection of 42nd Street and Arlington Avenue in the Devington neighborhood on the city's northeast side.
