Jerrell Rahim Moten, a 28-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2021. Moten was identified by the Marion County Coroner's Office as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
