In the early hours of September 6, 2021, the life of 20-year-old Daeron Freeman was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in downtown Indianapolis. The male victim was found in the vicinity of East Washington and North Davidson streets, another casualty of the city's ongoing struggle with gun violence.
