• Carlos T. Rodriguez ("Gypsy"): 40-year-old transgender woman found dead in her apartment in the 200 block of Frawley on September 13, 2010.
• Reita L. Long: 52-year-old homeless woman discovered with a bra around her neck on September 30, 2010, slumped on steps behind the chancery of the Archdiocese of Houston-Galveston near the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.
• Carol E. Flood: 62-year-old homeless woman found on October 10, 2010, near the stairwell behind the old YMCA building. She had been strangled and was nude from the waist down.
