Darrius Primus, a 23-year-old man from Ferguson, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 9, 2022. He was shot in the chest while sitting in a car in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood of St. Louis. The incident occurred in the 2800 block of Gamble Street. After being shot, Primus was dropped off at Martin Luther King Drive and Garrison Avenue, where police found him critically injured around 10:30 a.m. Despite being rushed to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries later that night.
