Jeanne M. Gilbert, aged 34, was tragically murdered on March 3, 1989, while working as a night clerk at the Days Inn in Remington, Indiana. On that fateful night, the inn was robbed, and Jeanne went missing. Her body was later discovered on County Road 150 West, near Brookston, Indiana. Jeanne had died from gunshot wounds.
