Clarence Arthur Branch II, a 32-year-old Black male from Fayetteville, NC, was tragically shot multiple times outside an apartment building on Beebe Estate Circle early on Christmas morning, December 25, 2021. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 6:30 a.m. The Fayetteville Police Department's Homicide Unit determined that the shooting did not appear to be a random incident, indicating that Branch may have been targeted.
