In the early morning hours of May 26, 2022, the life of 35-year-old Kendra Berry was tragically cut short in her Indianapolis apartment. Responding to a call of a person shot at approximately 3:15 a.m., officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the residence on Laurel Street to a heart-wrenching scene. Inside, they discovered Kendra Berry, a mother, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
