On a cold February evening in Indianapolis, tragedy struck, forever altering the lives of a local family. On Monday, February 8, 2021, 33-year-old Vivian Clark was a passenger in a vehicle navigating the city's far east side. As they neared the intersection of East 30th Street and North Post Road, the sound of gunfire shattered the night, and a bullet struck Vivian.
