A case of mistaken identify leaves a young man dead
At 8:03 pm, on Tuesday, March 21, 1995, Augustine Sendejo was standing on the sidewalk in the 1300 block of San Rafael, when the suspect drove by and fired one shot, hitting Sendejo. Sendejo walked across the street and fell to the ground. He died in the middle of the street. The suspect vehicle, which fled the scene east on San Rafael, is described as a late 70s to early 80s dark color Chevy Suburban or Blazer.
