Roland Garcia, 45, was killed on March 13, 2010, in San Antonio, Texas, during a dispute at an illegal gambling house. The incident took place at a property on Hayden Drive, which was being used for gambling activities involving 8-liner machines. Garcia was fatally shot by Michael Gaitan after an argument over stolen gambling proceeds escalated into violence.
