Lester Mayberry, a 31-year-old resident of San Antonio, Texas, was shot and killed on December 4, 2015. The incident occurred at an apartment complex in the 4000 block of East Southcross Boulevard on the city's Southeast Side. Police responded to the call sometime after 7 p.m., and Mayberry was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have provided limited information about the shooting but described a suspect as a Black male in his early-to-mid 20s, standing between 5'6" and 5'10", and
weighing between 160 and 170 pounds.
