Roberta Luten, a 24-year-old woman from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost her life on April 9, 2017. The incident occurred at her home on 2351 North Raceway Road. According to reports, Luten was killed by a 17-year-old girl in a shooting that took place just 45 minutes after police had responded to a family disturbance at the same address.
