On the night of October 18, 2022, tragedy struck on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana, claiming the life of Shawnna Marie Robinson. The 24-year-old Black female was sitting inside a vehicle along West 10th Street near the intersection with Lynhurst Drive when gunshots rang out.
