Robert J. Winter Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Michigan City, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2007. On that fateful evening, Michigan City Police responded to reports of gunshots in the 200 block of East Fulton Street around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Robert's body lying on the ground; he had been fatally shot.
