Renata Marquez, a 37-year-old woman from Hammond, Indiana, tragically lost her life on March 29, 2014. The incident occurred at her home on Lincoln Street, where she lived with her mother, husband, and 4-year-old daughter. According to reports, Renata was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lake County Coroner's office. The coroner ruled her death a homicide.
