In the summer of 2017, a senseless act of violence cut short the life of 17-year-old Chloe Bell in Hammond, Indiana. On the night of July 19th, a barrage of bullets tore through the front door of her family's home, striking and killing the young woman. The bright and energetic high school senior, who had dreams of studying criminal justice, was pronounced dead in her mother's arms.
