Chloe Bell, a 17-year-old girl from Hammond, Indiana, tragically lost her life on July 19, 2017. Chloe was at her home in the Saxony Town Homes on Chestnut Avenue when she was fatally shot. According to reports, the incident occurred late at night when someone knocked on the door of her residence. Chloe answered the door and was shot through it by the unknown assailant. Despite being rushed to Community Hospital in Munster, she was pronounced dead early the next morning.
