Sylvia Williams, a 55-year-old resident of Hammond, Indiana, tragically lost her life on January 30, 2020. She was found shot to death at her home in the Sheffield Estates mobile home park. The incident occurred early in the morning, and she was pronounced dead at Franciscan Health in Hammond shortly after. The Lake County coroner's office ruled her death a homicide due to gunshot wounds.
