Anthony Perez, a 26-year-old resident of Elkhart, Indiana, was tragically shot and killed on March 30, 2014. The incident occurred at the Deer Creek Apartments, where Perez was found dead inside one of the units. The investigation revealed that Perez was shot by Miguel Martinez-Villasenor, a 19-year-old who was considered a friend of Perez.
