Rochad Washington, a 41-year-old resident of Elkhart, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2020. According to reports, the Elkhart Police Department responded to a call about shots fired in the area of 6th and Concord around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Washington unconscious and immediately rendered aid.
