Timothy Loynes, aged 31, was tragically killed on April 14, 2013, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred on the city's west side, specifically in the 1500 block of W. 27th Street. According to reports, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to the scene at approximately 7:25 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Loynes suffering from a gunshot wound.
