Ardell Houi, a 63-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot to death on August 25, 2022. He was found lying on the ground in the Union–Miles Park neighborhood, having been shot in the neck. Despite efforts by first responders to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
