Ardell Houi, a 63-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot to death on August 25, 2022. He was found lying on the ground in the Union–Miles Park neighborhood, having been shot in the neck. Despite efforts by first responders to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following the incident, Cleveland police quickly identified and arrested a 59-year-old suspect. The suspect was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, but their name has not been released to the ...
