On September 27, 2017, Timothy Willis III, a 36-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in Cleveland, Ohio. Reports indicate that he was found with a gunshot wound to the head while behind the wheel of an idling vehicle. The incident occurred as he was driving; after being shot, his SUV crashed into a house.
