In what appears to have been a feud over a woman, 28-year-old Luis Walker-Carrion, a Black male, was shot and killed in East Chicago, Indiana. The incident unfolded in the early morning hours of August 24, 2014. Walker-Carrion was with his girlfriend at his home in the 3700 block of Deodar Street when another man telephoned the woman.
