Terance Jackson, a 22-year-old resident of East Chicago, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2016. The Lake County Coroner's Office ruled his death a homicide after Jackson sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in the 4900 block of Melville Avenue, where emergency services were called at approximately 11:30 a.m. Despite efforts to save him, Jackson was pronounced dead about 40 minutes later.
