Perry Booker Jr., a 20-year-old man from Chicago, was tragically shot and killed on March 14, 2020, while driving in East Chicago, Indiana. According to reports, the incident occurred around 8:30 PM when police responded to a ShotSpotter alert indicating multiple gunshots in the area of 3800 Elm Street.
